SIMPLE PRICING, NO HOURLY RATES

We believe in transparent and straightforward pricing. That's why we offer a flat fee per room for our interior design services. We determine this fee based on the square footage, the scope of your project, and the number of items we source, so you always know what to expect from the beginning. Staying within budget, while providing you the most beautiful space is our highest priority.

The Process

Here's a simplified summary of our process:

1. Free Initial Consultation

We kick things off with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and project scope.

2. Design Planning

Once the budget is set, we provide you with floor plans, elevations, and/or furniture layouts to visualize the transformation of your space.

3. Sourcing Materials & Furniture

Once the design is approved, we meticulously source materials and furnishings to bring your vision to life.

4. Approval and Ordering

We present our selections to you for approval. Once you have approved, we place orders for everything needed to create your dream space.

5. Receiving Warehouse

Items are stored at a local receiving warehouse, ensuring they are in perfect condition and ready for the final installation date.

6. Collaboration with Your Builder

If your project involves construction, we collaborate with your chosen builder or General Contractor, providing design expertise to ensure a seamless and beautiful outcome. Please note, we are not General Contractors, but we do work closely with your GC, builder, or tradespeople to ensure our design vision is properly executed.

7. Waiting Period

We like to be transparent & set realistic expectations. Wether it's simple furnishings or a full remodel/new build; good design takes time. Furniture and materials can often take a few weeks or even a few months to receive. We understand this is the tough part but we also want to encourage all of our clients that the final result is well worth the wait!

8. Completion of Project

A final installation day or multiple days will be arranged where all items are delivered from the receiving warehouse. We make sure everything is properly installed & perfectly accessorized. Think of it as your HGTV reveal moment.
